We’ll be expanding our product selections as demand calls for it. Please ask about our vegetable and side dishes sold by the pound in store.
With 24 hours advanced notice, you can place your order online below. Please indicate time of pick up, and we’ll have it packaged and ready to go! We suggest per-order for large quantities. In this case, either purchase online or call our catering line (845.758.8060) to ascertain that we can accommodate volume and selections.

Gigi 6 Days a Week
Buttera Sauce
Meiller Farm ground pork, tomato sauce, fennel seeds, herbs, chili flakes, salt. Toss with your favorite pasta, fill lasagna, or add to omelets, frittatas, or your favorite casseroles.

Bolognese Sauce
Meiller Farm ground beef, San Marzano plum tomatoes, and herbs… this classic is perfect for pasta - we serve tossed with tagliatelle and topped with fresh ricotta and filling our ultimate lasagna -or can add the perfect beef layer to a Mediterranean style shepherd's pie.

Pomodoro Sauce
San Marzano plum tomatoes, onions, basil, salt. Gigi Pomdoro sauce is fresh and bright! Great for pasta, pizza, vegetables Parmesan, and Gigi Skizza™!

Spiced up Gigi Pomodoro sauce is perfect for pastas, mussels or other fish preparations. Great for those with a zestier palate.

Lasagna Bolognese
Traditional Emilia Romagna style lasagna… thin sheets of pasta layered with Meiller Farm beef Bolognese sauce, bechamel, pomodoro sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and herbs. One half pan serves 8 to 10 entrée portions
To reheat, preheat oven to 350 F. Place the lasagna pan into another pan and fill with water to half way up the sides. Cook, covered for 20 to 30 minutes, until heated through. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Vegetable Lasagna
1 half pan (serves 8 to 10 entrée portions). Oven roasted seasonal vegetables between thin sheets of pasta layered with bechamel, pomodoro sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and herbs.
To reheat, preheat oven to 350 F. Place the lasagna pan into another pan and fill with water to half way up the sides. Cook, covered for 20 to 30 minutes, until heated through. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Salsa Verde

1/2 Pint - Turkish figs braised with red wine herbs and spices and then blended. Gigi Fig Jam is the base for our popular Bianca Skizza™, but it’s also good for toast, crostini, bruschetta or to accompany your cheese platter.
Faroe Islands Salmon Filet - Herb Marinated
Grill: Season with salt and pepper, and gill 6 to 8 minutes depending on thickness and desired temperature
Pan Sear: Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick pan. Season the salmon filet with salt and pepper, and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side to desired temperature.
Roast: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle. Bake until salmon is cooked to desired temperature, about 10 to 14 minutes.

Atlantic Cod - Herb Marinated
Bake: Preheat oven to 425F. Season the cod with salt and pepper and place in a glass baking dish rubbed with cooking oil. You can also line a piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet and place the fish on top. Bake until fish is flaky and reaches approximately 145F, 12-14 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
Pan Sear: Season the cod filets with salt and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish; sauté 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove the fish, and consider making a pan sauce with capers, butter, parsley, and a splash of white wine.
Sherry Shallot Dressing
This creamy tasty dressing dresses our most popular salad at Gigi, THE BARBINA! Enjoy it on simple field greens or on any full flavored salad with multiple ingredients.
Balsamic Vinaigrette
With only balsamic, quality olive oil, Dijon, roasted garlic, and seasoning, the classic vinaigrette can be enjoyed with any of your favorite salads!
Lemon Vinaigrette
This combination of fresh lemon juice, olive oil, shallots, Dijon, and seasoning is perfect for both greens or grain salads.
Caesar Dressing
Enjoy Gigi's Caesar dressing on the classic salad as well as any other combination of greens and toppings. The product does not contain anchovies (vegetarian).
Half Chicken Tagine
"Porchettini"
Pan sear to crisp bacon outside then transfer to a preheated 400F oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until cooked through.
Rib Eye
Herb Marinated Half Chicken (approx 1.25 lb each)
Just season with salt and pepper, and they are ready for the grill or roasting pan.
Gigi Meatballs in Pomodoro Sauce
Reheat: Preheat oven to 300°F. Place the meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, then cover them with foil to prevent drying, and heat until warmed through, about 15 minutes.
